Angela Rose

Angela Rose is an independent singer-songwriter from Wonnarua Country, Maitland, NSW. Crafting heartfelt songs that blur the lines between folk, country and pop, Rose creates a sound that is all her own. Her artistry has been recognised by some of Australia’s most celebrated musicians. In 2024, she was hand-picked by Angus & Julia Stone for the Wild Turkey Music 101 Mentorship Program, with the duo commending her individual artistry and captivating lyricism. And in 2023 Rose was invited to join Kasey Chambers at The Rabbit Hole recording studio for an artist workshop. 2023 saw the release of her debut EP Late Bloomer, which earned Angela the Triple J Unearthed x NIDA Music Video Competition win. On stage, Angela has supported an impressive lineup of artists across the Australian music landscape. She toured with Ball Park Music on their Like Love Tour in 2025 and has shared stages with King Stingray, Adam Newling, Gretta Ray, Mia Wray and Betty Taylor to name a few.
