Jordan Hunt

At the age of 19, Jordan moved from the North Shore of Sydney to a rural town in Germany to escape the problems of his home life and write music. He spent time writing with European producers, exploring his sonic landscape trying to figure out a sound that felt uniquely him. Through connecting with friends, music and nature in Ostrach, Jordan was able to face and overcome the issues that had plagued him and followed him across the globe. He's spent the last 12 months back in his *new* home of Newcastle, documenting his experiences on his 23 Tighe Street EP, in what is to be a series of upcoming releases of his new sound and new outlook. He writes music inspired by artists like Bon Iver and Kanye West and he hopes that it will inspire the sort of catharsis he went through, in those that listen to it.
