Psychoda

Psychoda is an Australian heavy metal band that formed in Newcastle NSW 2021. The band is made up of Mikey Montgomery on guitar and vocals, Jordan Mitchley on bass and Jake Tife on drums. Mikey and Jordan played together in High School, Jordan and Jake were previously bandmates in Roxferry. The Band has evolved over the past 5 years from Stoner Rock influences to now heavier & faster Sludge/ Death & Black Metal inspiration. The band have released three singles and a self-titled EP: “Papercuts” in 2023, “Psychoda” EP in 2024, “Fake ID” and “Hearts for Eyes” in 2025.
